Whenever you pay with PayPal, we email you a receipt confirming payment. If you receive an email for a payment you didn’t make or authorise, contact us immediately. We’ll act fast to secure your account and investigate. You’ll get your money back if it’s proven unauthorised.

Please note, payments by people with access to your account (such as family members) are not considered unauthorised.

How do I make my Purchase?

To place an order online you need to have visited our product pages which are conveniently sorted by category for you.
From there you add items to your shopping cart by clicking Add to Cart. When the product is added to your shopping cart, the item added appears in the shopping cart which counts the number of items.

Registered members of Wakeuponearth.com enter their username (email address) and password to begin the checkout process using your account. Membership is the easiest way to shop with us.

Checkout is faster, because your personal information is pre-filled. You will also be able to check on the status of your order online as well as receiving the continued benefits that we offer our members (e.g. special free promotions, email updates etc).

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you. You will need just need to remember the user name (which is also your e-mail address) you used when you created your account. We will email your password to your e-mail address. Hint: It is best to the change the password to something easier to remember afterwards.

Guest Shopping
If you are new to Wakeuponearth.com and do not wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. When you enter our checkout select the option continue as guest shopper.

This will begin our checkout process and ask you for details to complete your order (i.e.: address, credit details etc). By shopping as a guest, you are not remembered as a member. You will miss out on future promotions, catalogues and savings.

Delivery Costs
At Wakeuponearth.com we endevour to keep our delivery costs at the most affordable pricing for you and therefore we include delivery and all of our prices as we do not charge handling fees.

Delivery Info
All Wakeuponearth.com orders are sent by 5pm on the day the order is received, orders received after 12pm will be shipped the following day.

Registered Post option
All delivery via Registered Post is charged at an additional $5.40 per item.
We recommend this option if you would like your ordered insured up to the sum of $100.00. Delivery time is similar to normal Australia Post standard delivery times.

Worldwide Delivery and International Airmail are not an option at this time.

At check-out the shopping cart will calculate prices for you, however if you require bulk orders please emailinfo@Wakeuponearth.com for costing and details, as pricing is based on quantities ordered we will supply you with the best possible pricing.

Damaged Items
This is very rare and if it does occur the order please notify us to arrange replacement, do not throw the goods or packaging away as we will require this to submit a claim to the carrier.

Refunds and Exchange
At Wakeuponearth.com, our items description is as accurate as possible, however if you have purchased the wrong size, colour or you may not be completely happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange, refund or issue a credit note for the amount of your item/s, postage costs not included.

Out of Stock Items
If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or is unavailable, Wakeuponearth.com will contact you immediately to advice.

Faulty Goods
Should an item fall be faulty, kindly contact us promptly via email
