One of the great advances in the new version 12 is a small amount of training that is now required. Previous versions meant more time sitting in front of the computer just training program to understand your voice.
Much of this has now gone and from the time you open the program to the time you start are dictating onto your DragonPad can be a matter of minutes.
One of the secrets is to have an excellent microphone we use the Travelite HS-1000W USB Wireless Headset but there could be other USB head sets that are just as good however this is the most effective one we have tried so far.
