Toys

Green toys are now mainstream products

Non-Toxic Toys, eco friendly play sets, organic cotton clothing the list goes on. We always hope that your children have a good lunchbox for school and inside it is some organic fresh fruit and or some vegetable sticks plus a wholesome wholegrain sandwich. We do understand that even for some parents providing this everyday is not only repetitive for the kids but that sometimes life gets in the way so having a collection of healthy snacks you can toss together in a lunch box along with the reusable water bottle – no plastic please.
Fortunately green toys are now mainstream along with fair-trade and organic products made with safe materials without many of the toxins
that have recently become available such as Bleach and  benzene.

Benzene
Created from coal  benzene which is an extremely  flammable solvent derived from , toluene, or gasoline.
When ingested not only is it irritating to the mucous membranes but It is also poisonous .
It is still currently used in the manufacture of varnish, lacquer, detergents, nylon, resins, and oil.
However, the Consumer Product Safety Commission banned the use of benzene in 1978 in the manufacture of many household products.
Safety standards for workers that manufacture products containing benzene set a limit of 10 parts per million (ppm) for an 8-hour day. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) wants to reduce it to 2 ppm.
